These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "T&C") govern access to and use of the website capryxa.com and the services offered by Capryxa S.A.S. (Tax ID 30-71892456-3), with registered address at Av. del Libertador 4980, Floor 12, C1426BWB, Buenos Aires City, Argentina. By accessing the website or using our services, you accept these T&C in their entirety.

1. Purpose of service

Capryxa operates as a digital real estate crowdlending platform that connects investors with real estate development projects in Argentina. The platform facilitates the analysis, selection, and participation in investment opportunities linked to the real estate sector.

2. Nature of the activity

Capryxa acts as a technological intermediary between investors and real estate project developers. We are not a financial institution, bank, insurance company, or brokerage firm. The services offered are subject to current regulations of the National Securities Commission (CNV) and other applicable regulations for crowdfunding in Argentina.

3. Investment risks

All investments made through the platform carry inherent risks, including but not limited to: partial or total loss of invested capital; delays in project execution; variations in estimated returns; risks associated with the Argentine real estate market (macroeconomic fluctuations, inflation, regulatory changes); and liquidity risk. Past, projected, or estimated returns do not constitute a guarantee of future results. Each investor is responsible for evaluating their risk tolerance before investing.

4. Eligibility

To use the platform's investment services, you must be at least 18 years old, have tax residency in Argentina (or meet the requirements for non-resident investors, as applicable), and provide truthful and up-to-date information. We reserve the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations (UIF Res. 30-E/2017 and amendments).

5. Intellectual property

All content on the website — including texts, images, logos, graphic design, source code, and trademarks — is the property of Capryxa S.A.S. or its licensors and is protected by Argentine and international intellectual property legislation (Law No. 11,723 and Law No. 22,362). Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written authorization is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

Capryxa does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the website or the absence of technical errors. We are not responsible for: investment decisions made by users; the performance or outcome of projects published on the platform; losses derived from factors beyond the company's control (economic crises, natural disasters, legislative changes); or misuse of the platform by third parties.

7. Data protection

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on this website. By using the platform, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with said policy and Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of Buenos Aires City, waiving any other forum that might correspond.

9. Modifications

Capryxa reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of the platform after the publication of changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
